This course is designed for people who enjoy a day out and do not
venture to far from the urban environments. A one day course with
minimum time of 8 hours content This is the first step into the
progressive REC first aid awards that enable you to feel comfortable
in a rural or remote settings to dealing with a first aid incident.
As you progress through REC qualifications you will gain more confidence and skills in dealing with remote emergencies. REC is recognised by many governing sports body, canoeing, mountaineering, sailing to name but a few. |
