First Aid for Children

This course provides participants with a the knowledge, skills and confidence
to deal with common common accidents, injuries and illnesses encountered by children. This course provides the knowledge and practical skills for participants and child care personnel from a variety of environments e.g., home, crèche, schools, leisure centres and clubs etc.

Meningitis	febrile convulsions
Head injuries	Common Medical Emergency's
Legislation and the First Aid provider	Reporting of an incident
First aid Examination
